Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment programs, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation exercises to enhance recovery. Provide skilled interventions in both our facility and patients' homes while maintaining meticulous documentation to meet utilization goals. Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize outcomes across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Maintain onsite presence in a 40-hour Monday-to-Friday shift within our Darien, Connecticut rehabilitation facility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Possession of a current CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications
- A strong capacity to develop meaningful relationships with patients
- A proactive attitude towards patient engagement

- Working from Monday to Friday in a 40-hour shift
Desired Qualifications
