Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Implement therapeutic interventions across the facility and home settings while monitoring progress to adjust strategies and maximize recovery. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation protocols, maintain clinical documentation, and communicate with the healthcare team to meet utilization goals. Deliver skilled services to a diverse population ranging from children to adults, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and prescribed plans of care.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Current certification in CPR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency for documentation and reporting
