Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to design and implement effective treatment plans. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring alignment with their physician's plans of care. Engage in continuous patient education, providing consultation and training to patients and their caregivers to promote understanding and adherence to treatment. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through a cohesive treatment approach. Contribute to the development and implementation of service marketing strategies to build community awareness and patient engagement. Meet minimum utilization goals and strive to achieve organizational business objectives. This full-time role includes a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 40 hours per week. The position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating competence in handling various patient cases.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to support clinical documentation and patient interactions.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, fostering trust and collaborative partnerships.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to connect meaningfully with patients and the broader community.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric care, or neurological therapy.
- Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities.
