Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design tailored treatment programs for orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related conditions. Utilize hands-on therapy techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery while providing patient-centric education to patients and caregivers. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes based on evidence-based practices. Deliver exceptional customer service and meet established utilization goals within the West Palm Beach Rehabilitation Center.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and documentation skills
