Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by healthcare providers using evidence-based practices. Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions for diverse populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Engage in regular consultations to educate patients and caregivers on self-management while maintaining meticulous documentation of progress and compliance. Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to business objectives through team-oriented initiatives. Work onsite Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in a collaborative environment equipped with advanced therapeutic technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current State License in Physical Therapy
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and general office software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive relationships with patients and community stakeholders
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in physical therapy
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
