Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and formulate customized treatment plans for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Implement treatment protocols, monitor progress, and modify interventions while documenting sessions and billing in compliance with state regulations. Interact respectfully with patients of all ages, supervise therapy aides and interns, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care. Participate in community outreach and maintain accurate health records. Requires a Virginia state license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
