Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans and implement modified strategies based on progress. Deliver one-on-one therapeutic services for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients while educating caregivers on recovery exercises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to integrate comprehensive care approaches and meticulously document patient progress for compliance. Meet performance metrics and utilization goals to support operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid state license in Physical Therapy
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) as endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Competent computer and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of physical therapy
