Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans for orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Implement therapeutic interventions while monitoring progress, adjusting plans to achieve optimal recovery goals. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and provide education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment expectations. Maintain documentation standards and meet designated productivity and financial performance targets. Work onsite in a rehabilitation setting equipped with modern tools, collaborating closely with diverse populations including children and athletes. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and utilizing clinical software
- Ability to establish strong relationships with patients to motivate them in their recovery journey
Desired Qualifications
