Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise, and therapeutic modalities to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Monitor progress by documenting treatments and outcomes per clinic protocols, then reassess approaches to meet evolving patient needs. Provide guidance on assistive device usage and support families in enhancing self-care. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and peer networking to maintain clinical expertise. Serve diverse populations including children, seniors, and individuals with post-operative, sports, orthopedic, and neurological conditions in state-of-the-art facilities.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- A commitment to maintaining flexibility and adaptability in response to patient and organizational needs
Desired Qualifications
- at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in rehabilitative work
- familiarity with home health care
