Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create effective treatment plans and utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, stretching, and manual therapy to enhance mobility and alleviate pain. Develop individualized therapy programs aimed at helping patients achieve specific goals, document treatments and progress meticulously, and continuously reassess needs to modify plans as necessary. Recommend and fit assistive devices while providing training on usage, and engage with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to foster a collaborative environment. Stay abreast of industry advancements through workshops and professional development opportunities. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours, a salary of $100,000 to $120,000, and includes a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a mentorship program for recent graduates.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certification from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in word processing and computer systems
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with assistive devices
- Experience engaging with multi-disciplinary teams
