Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Utilize therapeutic methods including exercise, stretching, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Monitor progress toward goals, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance. Train patients and caregivers on assistive device usage and proper therapy techniques. Manage a Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexibility for work-life balance. Requires a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and current state license.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems
- General computer skills
- A flexible and adaptive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging clinical environment
- Availability for Monday to Friday work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
