Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with diverse disabilities, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver tailored therapy interventions in a home care setting while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulations, and lead clinical education for students and support staff. Participate in community outreach initiatives and professional development seminars to stay abreast of best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A current state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and other patient management software
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy role
