Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities and exercises to address specific recovery goals across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation of progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based practices. Work onsite at the state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Hillsboro, Oregon, meeting established utilization goals while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with familiarity in electronic health record systems and word processing applications

- Experience working in a clinical setting, specifically in physical therapy, with exposure to multiple specialties
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, fostering trust and motivation throughout the rehabilitation journey
