Job Summary
Conduct detailed evaluations of patients to assess physical condition and functional capabilities, then develop comprehensive, individualized treatment strategies using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities. Implement these techniques to alleviate pain and enhance mobility while educating patients on body mechanics and injury prevention. Continuously monitor progress, adjust plans based on measurable outcomes, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to deliver coordinated care for patients managing chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting
- Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for effective patient assessment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and the healthcare team
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Two to five years of experience working in outpatient rehabilitation, especially handling complex cases involving post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management
