Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and planning of individualized treatment programs based on physicians' referrals. Utilize advanced techniques and evidence-based practices to treat orthopedic conditions, pediatric issues, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Engage in multitasking responsibilities including documentation, treatment modifications, and consultations with patients and caregivers regarding care plans. Educate and empower patients about their conditions, therapeutic exercises, and preventative strategies to enhance recovery. Contribute to team meetings and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This full-time role is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Stafford, Virginia. We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based incentives, health insurance, and paid parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Virginia
- A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer use, including electronic medical records systems and word processing
- A proven ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances with patients

- A passion for making positive connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Desired Qualifications
