Job Summary
Conduct thorough initial assessments on patients referred by physicians to determine needs and set personalized treatment goals. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide care and optimize recovery outcomes. Provide hands-on therapy across varied populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases while documenting progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Consult with patients and caregivers to offer education on rehabilitation strategies and self-care techniques, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive approaches. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other documentation tools
