Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, including reviewing patient history and performing specialized assessments, to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement adaptive treatment protocols using clinical judgment while communicating findings and goals to patients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and document all interactions accurately in compliance with regulatory standards. Manage diverse patient populations ranging from adults to children with musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and post-surgical needs within a Monday-to-Friday onsite schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid and active state licensing or the ability to obtain licensure in Virginia
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, kinematics, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrate compassion for patients and colleagues alike
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Onsite work location
