Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish treatment plans incorporating exercise, manual therapy, and equipment. Design and implement individual strategies to improve functionality, while maintaining detailed documentation of progress and re-evaluating goals regularly. Advise patients on assistive devices and provide training to families and caregivers on proper techniques. Stay current with industry practices through workshops and literature. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the dynamic challenges presented by patient care
- Monday to Friday hours
