Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by medical doctors to establish individualized treatment plans based on specific conditions and functional goals. Implement therapeutic modalities and exercise programs, critically analyzing patient progress and modifying plans as needed while educating patients and caregivers about their conditions and proper techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff to ensure cohesive care, document patient care accurately, and actively participate in community outreach programs promoting health awareness. Work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Chantilly, Virginia, with a 40-hour week Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in Virginia
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems
- A commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients
- Enhancing patient motivation and engagement in therapy

- A passion for helping others
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding as patients navigate their recovery
Desired Qualifications
