Job Summary
Implement physical therapy treatment plans to prevent disability, relieve pain, and restore muscle function while conducting comprehensive evaluations using advanced diagnostic testing. Oversee physical therapy assistants and deliver services per physician prescriptions, including therapeutic exercises and manual treatments. Assess home environments for independence recommendations and monitor client progress to update care plans and communicate with physicians. Collaborate on interdisciplinary case conferences and provide patient education. Requires a DPT degree, NJ license, and 1–2 years of experience; Monday through Friday onsite schedule in Keansburg, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A current, valid license to practice in New Jersey
- One to two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
