Job Summary
Evaluate referred patients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with medical diagnoses and recovery goals. Implement and document evidence-based therapeutic interventions using manual techniques and advanced modalities while monitoring progress to adjust care as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and coping strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and meet minimum utilization targets. This full-time role is based at our Fort Myers, Florida Rehabilitation Center, offering work with diverse populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports injury patients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- state licensure in Florida
- Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing
- understanding of electronic healthcare record systems
