Job Summary
Assess patient needs and customize care plans for orthopedic outpatient recovery. Deliver therapy sessions to 2-3 patients per hour using evidence-based techniques to restore range of motion and mobility. Manage treatment goals, design fitness programs, and maintain accurate progress records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to reduce surgical necessity and promote non-surgical treatment options. Analyze treatment outcomes and report advancements to the team. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- A valid state Physical Therapist License without any disciplinary actions
- Proven manual therapy skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care
- Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple patients effectively
