Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify unique patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans for athletes and active individuals with orthopedic conditions. Manage a caseload of 2 to 3 patients per hour, providing one-on-one therapy that emphasizes manual techniques and personalized fitness programs. Utilize evidence-based modalities to restore function, maintain accurate documentation in WebPT, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists. Regularly analyze treatment results to optimize recovery and communicate progress across the team. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in our 5,000 square foot sports medical facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current State Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary issues
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other health professionals
- Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting
