Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine cases. Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions while providing home-based care when necessary. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, update plans, and educate patients and caregivers on procedures. Work onsite during 40-hour weekday shifts from Monday to Friday. Meet service delivery metrics aligned with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from a recognized entity such as the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain accurate patient documentation
- Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
- A commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and continued education related to physical therapy
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
