Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Implement therapeutic interventions at our East Brunswick facility or via home visits while educating patients and caregivers on recovery strategies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes and meet established utilization goals. This full-time role includes performance-based earnings potential and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited institution
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate patient interactions and collaboration with the healthcare team
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to document patient care effectively
- A track record of establishing meaningful relationships with patients, enabling them to surpass their functional goals
- A passion for connecting positively with individuals, enhancing their experience throughout the treatment process
- A willingness to engage with community resources to support patient care
