Develop and implement rehabilitation programs, documenting progress meticulously while actively adjusting strategies based on patient evaluations. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and assistive devices. Stay current with evidence-based best practices through workshops and professional development. This full-time onsite role supports a diverse patient population ranging from children to seniors in a collaborative, team-oriented rehabilitation facility in Jacksonville.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills for accurate documentation and patient management
