Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to screen, test, and diagnose injuries, diseases, and disabilities while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers regarding their conditions and recovery steps, ensuring accurate documentation for each interaction. Monitor patient progress to adjust care plans and maintain productivity standards, while supervising physical therapy aides and assistants. Participate in quality improvement processes to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction across a diverse demographic ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Work Monday through Thursday afternoons from 3 PM to 7 PM with a shorter Friday shift.
Required Qualifications
- A current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Experience in health education
- Experience in patient engagement strategies
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting treatment plans to meet the needs of a diverse clientele
- Strong interpersonal skills
