Job Summary

Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, responses, and achievements to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, ensuring continuous alignment with therapeutic goals. Equip patients with assistive devices as required and provide comprehensive instruction to patients and their caregivers on how to effectively use these modalities. Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and share insights on patient recovery. Commit to lifelong learning by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and staying current with industry standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in technology, including word processing and electronic medical records systems
- A flexible and adaptable approach to therapy, with the ability to navigate various patient situations and needs
- Monday to Friday availability
