Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, establishing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Implement and monitor varying treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized modalities, to facilitate recovery. Provide educational consultations to patients and caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and treatment options. Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the clinic through effective therapy delivery and patient management. Actively participate in professional development initiatives and community outreach programs to build strong relationships within the Clearwater community.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- A current and valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal abilities
