Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs. Implement and modify individualized treatment programs using clinical reasoning and effective therapeutic techniques. Deliver therapy services onsite at our rehabilitation center in Cape Coral, FL, or at patients' homes as needed. Educate patients and caregivers about conditions and rehabilitation processes to support recovery at home. Maintain accurate documentation to fulfill administrative requirements and ensure continuity of care. Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing insights to enhance effectiveness across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist (DPT) in Florida.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting.
- Current CPR certification and familiarity with emergency protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and their families.
- An intrinsic desire to connect positively with people and improve their quality of life.
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized training or certifications in areas such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation.
