Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans addressing specific therapeutic needs. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive equipment to enhance mobility and alleviate pain, while documenting sessions meticulously to ensure compliance with state regulations. Adapt plans based on ongoing feedback and provide education on home exercise programs and device usage to patients and families. Participate in regular training to maintain licensure and stay informed about current best practices. This full-time role offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule within our outpatient facility in The Villages, FL, serving diverse demographics including children, adults, and elderly clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
