Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish customized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care practices to support continued progress beyond sessions. Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Record system while engaging in professional development to integrate new techniques into practice. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually. The facility serves diverse clients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A current and valid New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques
- A demonstrated commitment to a patient-centered therapeutic approach
- Experience with EMR software, such as WebPT
- Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and evidence-based practices for treating orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Experience in a team-based healthcare environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
