Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist at Boost Therapy Center, Inc. inAshburn,VA

Implement patient evaluations by gathering comprehensive histories and conducting specific assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on unique functional limitations. Adhere to state practice acts and legislative guidelines while utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to address orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to modify treatment plans and document all interactions with accuracy, including progress notes and discharge planning. Participate in continuing education and facility meetings to contribute to discussions on patient access and quality of care initiatives. This full-time role includes a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, within our outpatient orthopedic center in Ashburn.
