Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess physical conditions and symptoms, then diagnose movement dysfunctions and formulate tailored treatment plans. Administer therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, massage, and functional training while instructing patients on proper exercise execution. Assist clients with adaptive equipment and maintain accurate records documenting progress and setting goals. Educate patients and families regarding in-home treatment options to support recovery. Serve a diverse population including children with sports injuries and adults managing chronic pain. Maintain compliance with legal standards and utilize electronic health record systems.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice within the jurisdiction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with word processing and computer skills necessary for managing patient records and utilizing electronic health record systems
- A highly flexible and agile mindset, ready to adapt to the evolving needs of our patients
Desired Qualifications
