Job Summary

Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories, executing assessments, and formulating treatment recommendations. Implement individualized treatment protocols utilizing evidence-based practices and communicate outcomes to patients and families to foster collaborative goal setting. Engage in multidisciplinary consultations, oversee discharge planning, and ensure comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions. Contribute to departmental objectives by participating in community outreach programs and marketing activities. Pursue ongoing education, mentor PT students, and promote initiatives aimed at removing access barriers for patients. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, NJ license, and BLS certification. Full-time onsite role in Metuchen, NJ with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A genuine desire to support and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, especially in outpatient settings
