Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment programs, and implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercises to facilitate recovery. Monitor progress closely, adjust protocols based on patient response, and educate families on treatment processes and techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for diverse populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports injury cases. Work Monday through Friday for approximately 40 hours weekly within our Stafford, Virginia rehabilitation facility.
Required Qualifications
- graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using relevant computer systems and therapeutic software
- proven track record of establishing rapport with patients

- ability to maintain accurate patient documentation as per our policies
- minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Current CPR certification
