Job Summary
Conduct detailed consultations to diagnose movement dysfunctions and create individualized treatment plans. Instruct patients on therapeutic exercise techniques while employing modalities like massage and electrical stimulation to promote healing. Assist patients with mobility aids and document progress to adjust goals as needed. Advise families on home exercises and treatment options to support recovery beyond the clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with word processing and electronic medical records
- A flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt treatment strategies based on patient feedback and ongoing assessments
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctor's degree preferred
