Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical limitations and needs, then develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies. Administer therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise, and specialized equipment training to enhance rehabilitation, while accurately monitoring progress and adjusting protocols as conditions change. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care, and educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention strategies. Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Active California state license for Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Strong understanding of various rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment methods, and evidence-based practices in physical therapy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Proven ability to handle diverse patient cases, manage time effectively, and deliver quality care in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting
