Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Needed in Gloucester County

Job Summary
Provide in-home and center-based therapy for youth with mental health disorders, including individual, group, and telehealth sessions; conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment plans; teach coping and anger management skills; support youth and caregivers in behavioral management; collaborate with the treatment team and mentor newly hired therapists and interns; handle documentation and mandatory clinical reporting; must hold a Master’s degree and an active New Jersey license, with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience and eligibility for state reciprocity; full-time schedule (40 hours) with 30 direct clinical hours and 10 indirect hours, including supervision and trainings; requires willingness to complete Crisis Intervention Training and knowledge of DSM-V, CBT/DBT/REBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields
- Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT) or reciprocity considered
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience with youth with mental health disorders
- Full-time, 40-hour position with direct and indirect service requirements
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or training junior therapists and interns
- Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training or willingness to complete
- Experience with treatment planning, progress notes, initial assessments, and goal setting
- Proficiency in counseling approaches such as CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
- Knowledge of DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis
- Experience providing positive behavior supports
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass state and federal background checks; drug screen
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- State reciprocity considered, but candidate must be within service area
- Availability during after-school hours; weekend flexibility is a plus
