Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures, then develop and implement tailored treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while educating patients, families, and caregivers on protocols and assistive devices. Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, and regularly participate in professional development opportunities including workshops and conferences. Provide guidance and mentorship to new graduates entering the field. Full-time role with a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually and flexible Monday-to-Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid DPT license in the state of Florida
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Technological proficiency, including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic patient workload

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
