Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Master’s-level education, eligible for state licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) and valid NPI and malpractice insurance, to launch or grow a private practice through Headway’s in-network insurance platform. Responsible for leveraging insurance networks to deliver mental health services, building client access, and achieving stable bi-weekly payments. Must be fully licensed and able to accept insured clients; platform supports in-network engagement and private-practice growth across nationwide insurance networks. Location in Raleigh, NC, with potential for telepractice as part of Headway’s network. Includes meeting state licensure requirements and maintaining credentialing to serve clients through the Headway platform.
