Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) on Headway’s platform to launch or expand a private practice. Fully licensed at Master’s level or above with LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. The role enables providers to join Headway’s nationwide network to accept insurance, grow their practice, and receive bi-weekly payments. Responsibilities include launching or growing a practice, joining in-network with insurance plans, assisting clients in accessing covered care, and leveraging Headway to build a stable private-practice business with insurance reimbursement. Applicants must be fully licensed to practice in their state and eligible to participate in the Headway network.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or higher
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (LICSW, LCSCW) approved state licensure
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Fully licensed to practice in applicable state
- Able to launch or expand a private practice with ability to accept insurance
- Willing to work within Headway insurance network
- Experience or capability to work with insurance-based reimbursement
- Capitalization to establish private practice presence (or growth) within Headway network
