Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ready to launch or expand a private practice with Headway. The role enables in-network participation with top insurance plans, helping clients access care with higher reimbursement rates and predictable bi-weekly payments. Must be fully licensed and hold licensure as LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance; Headway supports providers in building a practice through insurance networks and private-pay options. Location in Santa Clara, CA (onsite/full-time) per the posting; remote work not indicated. At this time, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who aren’t fully licensed.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master's level or above (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure accepted state-by-state)
