Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Master’s or higher education level and LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure. Eligible to launch or grow a private practice by joining Headway’s platform, enabling in-network insurance utilization and higher provider earnings. Must hold a valid NPI and malpractice insurance. Headway supports providers in becoming in-network with insurance plans to deliver accessible care and provides bi-weekly payments. The role centers on building stability for the private practice by connecting clients with insured services and streamlining insurance status checks and care access.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure accepted on state-by-state basis
- Master's level or above
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to launch or grow private practice
- In-network with Headway insurance network
- Willing to participate in Headway's platform for higher reimbursement rates
- Must be fully licensed to practice in respective state
