Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) eligible to launch or expand a private practice with Headway. Must hold a Master’s level license (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) and have a valid NPI number plus malpractice insurance. Role focuses on building or growing private practice by taking insurance, joining Headway’s nationwide insurance network, and enabling clients to access care with higher, in-network reimbursement. Provides clinical services as a fully licensed professional and participates in Headway’s platform-driven client access and payment model (bi-weekly payments). Requires full licensure to practice and eligibility to operate within Headway’s network across states.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) accepted state-by-state
- Master's degree or higher in clinical social work
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Fully licensed to practice as a clinical social worker
- Ability to build or launch a private practice and work with insurance networks
