Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with MS or higher and state licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) to launch or expand a private practice using Headway. Responsibilities include joining Headway’s nationwide network to accept insurance, grow practice by serving insured clients, and leveraging Headway’s platform to secure higher reimbursement rates and predictability with bi-weekly payments. Must hold a valid NPI and malpractice insurance. Headway supports providers in-network with major insurance plans, enabling care delivery through insurance and simplifying client access to covered services.
