Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to launch or expand a private practice on Headway’s platform. Responsibilities include joining Headway’s nationwide insurance network, accepting insurance, delivering mental health services to clients in-network, and building a practice with predictable bi-weekly payments. Must be fully licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) with state acceptance, have a valid NPI, and maintain malpractice insurance. Headway facilitates getting clients insured and paying providers, enabling practice growth and stable revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with licensure accepted on a state-by-state basis (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW)
- Master's level degree or higher in social work
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
