Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to launch or expand a private practice using Headway’s platform. Must be fully licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) at Master’s level or higher, possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance. Responsibilities include joining Headway’s national insurance network, enabling clients to access in-network services, and building a stable practice with predictable bi-weekly payments while improving client access to care. Eligible providers are those who can launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance through Headway’s nationwide network. Location: Roanoke, VA.
