Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Provide licensed clinical social work services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth and in-person sessions. The role includes focusing on clinical care with schedule autonomy, supported by credentialing, billing, EHR, and tech resources handled by the organization. Practice within a nationwide network, uphold quality standards, and employ a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes. You will develop a provider profile highlighting specialties and clinical approach, while utilizing tools and guidance provided to ensure clients receive effective care. May arrange own office space for in-person sessions; both telehealth and in-person formats are supported. Responsibilities also include engaging clients around clinical measures during visits and contributing to quality care through outcomes data.
