Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with ability to provide telehealth or in-person sessions. Rula supports telehealth and in-person care; providers arrange their own office space for in-person sessions. Role includes delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families, while Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support to enable clinicians to focus on clinical work. Emphasis on quality care: engage clients around clinical measures during visits, encourage completion of measures, review results, and demonstrate impact. Access to case consultations, office hours, and ongoing clinical learning opportunities (CEU podcasts). Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC and able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions; work location in Jersey City, NJ with remote capabilities.
